Dolphin Cove Yacht Club Corporation

The dolphin cove yacht club corporation was organized to conduct, carry on and be engaged in the operation of a yacht club and all water front activities associated therewith; to encourage the sport of boating: to promote the science of seamanship and navigation; to encourage activities with other yacht clubs; to coordinate with others using dolphin cove lagoon and nearby waters; to provide and maintain a suitable anchorage, mooring and docking facilities for the use and recreation of its members; and to promote the general welfare and common interests of the members of the club through promulgation, adherence to and enforcement of rules and regulations governing the design, use, operation and maintenance of yacht club facilities.
