Neonatal resuscitation program- teaching nrp to doctors, nurses who will attend deliveries, training some to be nrp teachers so that ongoing training may proceed to keep up skills, sending required medical equipment

Prenatal and infant care program- training nurses and obs to follow mothers in clinic to improve maternal and infant outcomes. To establish a network of rural clinics with referral to larger clinic/hospitals as needed, providing some necessary medical equipment and computers for better communication.
