Mission
The mission of the organization is to contribute to the empowerment of low income Dominican and other Latina women by promoting gender equality, social justice,and providing culturally competent social services,and provide group child care and early headstart for young toddlers.

Child Care - Includes the NYC Department of Education, Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE) serving 97 school day children ages 3 to 4 years old. The program received $150,000 of fresh produce and staples and $23,850 of donated services.
Health Care and Education - Provides a comprehensive range of HIV/STD/HCV prevention interventions and support services to individuals who engage in high risk behavios and persons living with HIV. also, includes services to improve health equity and maternal and infant health outcomes in neighborhood with the greatest health inequities
Information & referral - provides counseling, information and referral services to residents of the Washington Heights area. Includes grants received from NYC DYCD and USDE - STEM.
Various other programs - Various programs providing related services such as: Domestic Violence Service - provides education, support, advocacy and emergency assistance to victims of domestic violence
