Dpl provides opportunities to members of every age & status. Dpl hosts storytimes & certification courses throughout the year. In the past five (5) years, dpl has doubled the costs in adult and childrens programming. Topics are dependent on the requests and interests of the community and every aspect of growth from early childhood education to economic development.

Dpl recognizes the influence technology has on todays environment and the importance of current equipment. Dpl upgrades networks and hardware when necessary in order to provide the most effective and relevant resources possible.
