Facilities management- includes the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities in order to ensure the safety of the children participating at the ranch.

Food service- provides meals for the seriously ill children who attend the ranch, all staff who work at the ranch, and volunteers who dedicate their time to the ranch's various programs throughout the year.

Medical/clinical - a medical communitiy consisting of a medical director, nursing director, and nurses, with the help from volunteers and board members ensures that the unique medical needs of the children served can be safely cared for by our infirmary, and that the children affected will fit well into our existing facility and camp program.

Winter program- the double h ranch operates a unique adaptive winter sports program on-site for children ages 6-16 who are living with life threatening or chronic illness. In 2024, there were 3 residential family weekends, and 8 day camp weekends of ski lessons and activities for campers and their families.
