Partnership and collaboration with a plethora of organizations and businesses for programming and events is a norm, many of which take place at dca . On-site security provides a strong sense of safety and reassurance for all visitors. This presence helps deter crime, manage conflicts, and respond quickly to emergencies, creating a secure environment where people can focus on enjoying programs and services. Security officers also provide respectful greetings and general assistance, ensuring that the center remains a welcoming space for families, youth, and seniors alike. A peaceful atmosphere is maintained that encourages community engagement and trust. The success of all activities is incumbent upon safety being a priority.
