Dcab&f foundation's mission: 1) to undertake academic and financial assistance and grant scholarships especially to the indigent but deserving students both in us and in philippines. 2) to support global, local, grand and mini school reunions; the dcab&ff programs, projects and activities to develop the academic excellence and leadership and well-being of students and grantees. 3) to suport or extend financial assistance to needy and other charitable instituttions. 4) to perform or exercise any and/or all lawful powers necessary in the attainment of its purposes.
