In preparation for the pilot program, the organization conducted a leadership site visit to assess readiness and program structure. To maintain program quality, the organization performs one to two on-site evaluations annually, during which the coordinator interviews local staff and reviews program outcomes.

Domestically, the organization expanded its outreach by organizing multiple events, including an appreciation day and recap meeting to recognize and support volunteer teachers. In addition, the organization facilitated training workshops, networking sessions and community engagement activities to enhance volunteer capacity and promote awareness of the program's mission across various u.s. Regions. These efforts have significantly contributed to maintaining program consistency and strengthening the volunteer network nationwide.

The dream inc. Is committed to providing high-quality educational programs aimed at equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a brighter future. Through innovative online teaching platforms, we offer personalized one-on-one classes to students in need. Additionally, we organize periodic overseas projects wherein our teaching staff engage with students directly, facilitating live, in-person educational experiences.
