The specific and primary purposes for which the corporation is organized are (i) tobe organized and operated for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the omaha community foundation, a nebraska nonprofit corporation ( ocf ); (ii) to be operated, supervised, or controlled by ocf; and (iii) to not be controlled directly or indirectly by one or more disqualified persons (as defined in section 4946 of the irc) other than foundation managers (also as defined in section 4946 of the irc) and other than by ocf.
