Dreamsickle kids foundations primary purpose is to provide direct support to patients and families impacted by sickle cell disease for emergency needs not immediately met by the healthcare system dreamsickle kids provide education awareness and advocacy for sickle cell disease dreamsickle raises funds and uses donated funds to provide direct financial support to those in need for food transportation housing utilities tuition prescription copayments and other unforseen financial obligations that may not be manageable due to unforseen illness and complications from their disease
