To empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and life.

Career development - the career development center provides services pre-development training, computer access, mock interviews, resume development, career counseling and assistance with on-line job applications. The center's services are available to all clients of dress for success indianapolis. 62% of members took educational classes to learn skills and further their careers.

Professional women's group - pwg promotes employment retention and career advancement by providing professional and personal development opportunities in a safe, supportive environment. Members of this group, who have successfully retained employment with the assistance of the suits for success program, attend monthly meetings for one full year, after which they graduate in to a life-long membership program. Each regularly scheduled meeting consists of two key elements: an expert speaker leading a discussion and a networking period. Monthly meetings cover a variety of subjects and activities that promote professional development. Topics include communication skills, the "unwritten rules" of the workplace, childcare issues, financial planning, stress management and juggling responsibilities, among others. 65% of members earned a raise or promotion.
