Our going places network (gpn) job search program a structured, six-week cohort-based job readiness traininggrew by 300% in 2024. A total of 114 women graduated, 50% of whom secured employment immediately upon program completion. Clients learned to navigate applicant tracking systems (ats), build strong rsums and cover letters, and develop networking skills. Gpn was delivered in english and spanish, reflecting our expansion to serve our majority hispanic/latinx client base (55% across both offices). This multilingual expansion included 36 graduates from the inaugural spanish- language cohort, a key milestone in ensuring equitable access to our programs.

The professional womens group (pwg) provided ongoing leadership development and peer mentorship to 125 employed clients. Monthly sessions helped women build confidence, strengthen professional skills, and develop financial acumen to retain employment and plan for advancement. Our pwg alumni met quarterly and created a service project to give back to their communities and serve as role models for new program participants. Additionally, 175 clients graduated from specialized training cohorts focused on digital literacy, financial education, and google certification expanding both hard and soft skills essential for long-term career success.

Digital literacy & digital equity - the organization provides free laptops to clients who otherwise would not have the hardware to apply for and retain employment.
