The purpose of this grant is to specifically support women who use our services aged 18-24. In 2023, we are strategically expanding outreach to universities, community colleges and upperclassmen recruitment in high school. The educational and professional landscape has become increasingly competitive and challenging for university, community college, and high school upperclassmen students. Many of these students face significant obstacles as they transition into the workforce or pursue higher education opportunities. Students often lack access to comprehensive professional development resources, including resume-building workshops, interview preparation, networking opportunities, and workplace etiquette guidance. These crucial skills are not consistently integrated into standard curricula, leaving students unprepared for the competitive job market.
