Mission

The organization serves women from throughout central massachusetts and is an affiliate of the global dress for success organization which has 144 affiliates in 22 countries. The organization's mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing the network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in their work and in life. The organization offers programs that are inclusive, flexible and adaptive to meet each individual woman wherever she may be in her employment development cycle. The principles and concepts we share are transferable between industries, and across sectors. The work is focused on understanding that it is through meaningful and long-term employmnet that women will achieve economic success, stabilize their families, strengthen our communities. A strategic focus on relationship development is integrated throughout all programs provided by the organization.
