To associate the membership of the corporation into a group of persons to become trained and disciplined in the duties of emergence services in order to render services to the inhabitants within warren and vance counties and surrounding areas. To provide for the preservation and protection of the people and property from and during such fires and disasters as may occur in the fire district.to work for the education of the general public in order to better prevent fires and enhance personal safety within the fire district.
