Mission
To assist low-income and previously incarcerated persons in restoring driving privileges so they can drive to work and hold a job.
Programs

Provide driver improvement clinic meeting the requirements of Virginia DMV. Courses are offered in the classroom and online. Over 1,200 students have completed this course since its inception in 2016. More than 2250 students took the 3xFail course online since the course began in Nov. 2021.
Provide seminars on How to Get Your License Back to pre-release offenders at the Virginia Department of Corrections. Since starting this program in 2014, more than 160 seminars have been presented, attended by over 2,950 offenders through December 31, 2024.
