Purpose 1: driver rehabilitation institute provides assessment, training, education, and tools for novice and experienced drivers, driver rehabilitation professionals and driving educators. Purpose 2: driver rehabilitation institute provides a spectrum of services for occupational therapists, driving school instructors, neurorehabilitation facilities and other professionals. Purpose 3: driver rehabilitation institute develops several tools for individuals who have difficulty organizing visual information in the driving environment. In particular, driver rehabilitation institute addresses the needs of students with cognitive and social limitations and the need of adolescents for community mobility independence.

Provided consulting expertise to researchers at minnesota health solutions and the children's hospital of philadelphia. Assisted with research projects studying the usability and efficacy of drive focus at mcmaster university. Tool creation for readiness to drive at eastern carolina university. Provided free mentoring sessions to 96 individuals. Mentoring services include assisting families with resources in their local area, assisting therapists with complex clients and assisting researchers needing guidance or review of article submissions.
Developed workshops and presentations for dominican university of california, driver fitness coalition of south africa and driving well occupational therapy. Training on visual and cognitive skills driving, driving fitness.
