Founded in 1997, the pranayama institute is a 501(c)(3) secular educational public charity combining planetary regeneration with inner development to create self sustaining, women empowered communities. Its programs span sustainable living blueprints, local food and water sovereignty initiatives, agroforestry, soil restoration, and wildlife rehabilitation, paired with research and training in a theory of self that uses advanced pranayama techniques and cerebrospinal-focused practices to increase concentration, well being, and intuitive capacity.
