The mission of the dsaec - construction industry advisory council is to provide a continuing liaison between the academic community and the practicing profession and to assist the construction engineering and construction management programs, the durhams school of architectural engineering and construction, the college of engineering and the university of nebraska in providing the highest quality of construction education.
