This corporation is formed exclusively for the purpose of developing, maintaining, and operating economic development initiatives that support the teaching, research, or service mission of dakota state university by expanding opportunities for south dakota faculty members, researchers, and students to participate in the application of research results and technological innovations in commerce, government, or public service.
