Statement of program services rendered:a. Scholarship program $6615.b. Community support and services $1200.the specific purposes for which this foundation is organized are to provide support and services to the senior and children in the community; relief of the poor, distressed or underprivileged and to set up a scholarship program awarding certain amount as determined by the board of directors each calendaryear following the year of incorporation to disadvantaged, needy and deserving students who will be pursuing a college education.
