Duluth fall festival is a two day festival in which the focus is the heritage of duluth, georgia. All proceeds after expenses are directed toward the beautification and landscaping of areas in the downtown area and the support of community projects.

The duluth fall festival was able to host several smaller events throughout the year including concerts,and christmas events and taste of duluth. The festival was successful in keeping the small town spirit alive and well in duluth, georgia as well being supportive in the revitalization of the city.
The festival holds an annual 5k road race. The race supports wellroot family services and provided a 15,000 grant. This organization provides traditional foster homes for children in the foster care system of georgia, wrap around support programs for young adults in the foster care system and housing and support for at-risk families.
