The corporation is created and organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes including, for such purposes: 1 - establishing a scholarship fund to provide scholarships and educational assistance to students from high schools within the cities of duluth and silver bay, minnesota, for purposes of post-secondary education and technical training at accredited institutions of higher learning. 2 - providing for basic human needs and assisting individuals and communities in need through various funding, volunteering, and service projects.
