Sanitation Services:DUMBO provides through a sub-contract with the DOE Foundation for the cleaning of streets and public spaces, watering of plants and removal of graffiti in the DUMBO district. DUMBOs maintenance improves and maintains the overall appearance of the district.

Marketing Economic Development:DUMBO provides free public WI-FI throughout DUMBO as an amenity to the people who work, live, and visit DUMBO's public spaces. This is done through a contract with Sky Packets, a wireless solutions company. The network covers many streets in DUMBO, parts of Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Pearl Street Triangle, and the Archway under the Manhattan Bridge.
