To reduce the stray and feral cat population of middletown, ny and surrounding areas through humane tnvr; to provide housing, medical attention, food and an appropriate environment for homeless and ownerless cats regardless of degree of socialization; to promote responsible pet ownership through community education and to rescue, socialize and place adoptable cats with fosters and permanentfamilies and homes.
