Programs
3 programs
EDUCATION and COMMUNITY OUTREACH: We continued and expanded the highly acclaimed program, "Upfront and Close with Dogs and Cats Experience." This program has proven to be both popular and successful. This initiative was strategically implemented in collaboration with numerous prominent shopping centers across cities where dog and cat eating and abuse are prevalent. These events have significantly broadened our outreach, allowing us to connect with a larger audience, including those who may have never had the opportunity to interact with dogs and cats before. The positive response from these initiatives underscores our commitment to fostering community engagement and education. - Estimated allocation: 28% of $407,864 ($116,300 ) 1- annual venue rentals ($97,500) 2- marketing and advertising ($7,250) 3- operations ($8,320) 4 - teaching materials and event gifts ($3,230)
SHELTER SUPPORT: Continued shelter and animal care projects in 3 cities, caring for a total of about 150 dogs and 30 cats. We reduced our shelter support this year because crowdfunding has become popular in China and some shelters have become self sustainable. Estimated allocation: 18.6% of $ $407,864 ($76,200). 1- rent, operation, utilities ($48,710) 2- food, spay-neuter, vaccines, and medical ($27,490).
CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE COMPASSION YOUTH CENTER: Youth Center is the first youth center built under our Compassion City Campaign before COVID-19. Estimated allocation: 8.8% of $407,864 ($36,094): 1-annual rent ($16,550) 2-utilities and internet ($3,850) 3-supplies ($2,220) 4- hosting community outreach programs ($7,224) 5- annual operation and maintenance: ($6,250)
