This collaboration with the 18th judicial circuit provides accredited national safety council safety courses to individuals under court supervision for traffic offenses. Courses are offered in-person and online and provided training to 4,100 students.

Lawyer referral service (lrs) is a program that referes those in legal need to an attorney who practices in the area of law where they need assistance. With assistance available at the assocation offices, by phone and online, each individual receiving a referral recieves a complimentary 30 minute consultation. Vulunteer attorneys also provde assistance in the courthouse to self-represented litigants who need help with orders or have questions regarding court procedures. 5,600 referrals were inssued in fy 23.
