Prepurchase and financial literacy services - free education classes and individual counseling to help first time homebuyers and renters (particularly low income housheolds and other traditionally underserved populations) improve their financial management skills, make informed consumer choices and become responsible homeowners or renters.

Community education and outreach - community education, outreach and collaboration on affordable housing issues, including coordination of the affordable housing breakfast group three times each year in cooperation with Wheaton College.
