An advocate for business, a resource on matters affecting business and a champion for the region's economic health. The chamber is committed to providing the business community with the leadership necessary to maximize the economic potential of our area.

Workforce development center programs - the chamber operates a workforce development center comprised of the workforce connections program. The workforce connections program provides comprehensive job placement and job retention services to income-eligible adult residents of dutchess county. The program also provides soft-skill training, mentoring, case management and other services to enrolled participants. During the period of 01/01/2024 through 6/30/2024, the program served 47 adults that enrolled in the program. Participants received supportive services, employment referrals and other support. The program ended on 6/30/2024.
