Dutchess County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc., is a nonprofit organization that was established to prevent cruelty to animals. The mission of the Dutchess County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc. is to prevent animal cruelty through education, advocacy, and community partnership; to provide compassionate shelter and care for animals in need; to help pets remain in their loving homes; and to connect adoptable animals with safe, permanent families.
