Dutchess Divas Softball Inc

Specifically, Dutchess Divas Softball, Inc. is formed for the purpose of promoting and fostering national and international athletic competition as defined under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The purpose of Dutchess Divas Softball, Inc. is to promote opportunities for girls ages eighteen (18) and under living in the Hudson Valley of New York State to play competitive softball at a level that will ultimately foster athletic competition in softball at the national and international level. Dutchess Divas Softball, Inc. will endeavor to enable every girl in the league to reach her maximum potential as a softball athlete and perhaps enable some girls to attain skill levels that will allow them to play at the national or international level of competition.
