The gravois-jefferson historic neighborhoods plan gives residents a say in how our neighborhood will look for years to come. The gravois-jefferson plan work of dscc shows in convening the gravois-jefferson development review committee and hosting community education opportunities like the neighborhood leadership academy.

The purpose of the dscc community empowerment committee is to support the organization's work toward fulfilling its mission: dutchtown south community corporation is advancing neighborhood vitality through community empowerment, housing stabilization & real estate development.
