Supported employment services- the organization empowers our clients to engage in competitive work environments by giving them training, ongoing guidance and support in an effort to break down barriers and integrate into modern society. Through job coaching, job training, transportation assistance, and individually tailored supervision, the organization is able to help our clients work in grocery stores, restaurants, and other locations within the community

Supported living services- spectrum strives to support individuals by providing services that allow them to live in their own homes and be a part of their community. These services enable adult participants to make choices, receive needed services and live more independently in their own home or in the family home.
