Mission
E-motions mission is to transform how the world shows up for each other through grief and loss to ensure that no one grieves alone. We do this through the power of movement, community, and ritual.
Programs
2 programs
Grief literacy and education - we partnered with common goal to design and facilitate a mental and emotional health initiative for youth soccer coaches and professional players. E-motion served as the lead program designer and facilitator, equipping participants with grief literacy tools and practices to foster resilience and wellbeing within the world of sport.
We also had supplemental direct service offerings for grievers. Rx to feel: a self-guided audio series created by and for grievers, intended to be experienced while in motion. Itprovides companionship and reflection prompts to help people move with their grief. Sacred circles: short, monthly virtual gatherings facilitated by e-motion that offer a safe and supportive space for grievers to bring and share their loss in community.
