Mission

E3 transforms educational equity by reframing excellence. Through training, coaching, and specialized tools, e3 supports educators to embrace the diverse lived experiences of all students and supports students in actualizing their brilliance. This is accomplished through three major programs - the engagement identification tool, the educational strengths assessment tool, and the equity empowerment tool. Training is provided for each tool and to all participants.

Programs

2 programs

Administration and teacher training: we offer teachers a summer institute that further refines their teaching skills by including a critical and cross-cultural reflective practice. This creates the highest engagement with their diverse student populations. In addition, we provide workshops for both administration and teachers on how to implement our tools.

Expenses: $336K

Cultural resiliency assessment: cultural resiliency are the competencies acquired through diverse life experiences, which then become the foundation from which students can develop essential 21st century skills: innovation, adaptability, critical analysis, cross-cultural communication, and teamwork. Combining this data with qualitative narratives, we can also assess students' cultural resiliency to further refund the engagement strategies to be implemented at each school site.
