Get creative high school enrichment clubs are the entry point to our workforce development ecosystem. They are anchored in six majority-minority high schools in central texas, including austin isd, manor isd, and pflugerville isd. Over 90% of the students who participate in e4 youth's get creative clubs developed their personal digital portfolios that can help them earn apprenticeships, internships, and career mapping opportunities with e4 youth and our partners.
