Wings center counseling: licensed professional counselors provide outpatient individual, group and family counseling, retreats and training. The counselors work in partnership with the house parents and the child's family to ensure that the treatment plan established for each child and their family is consistently implemented. In addition, wings consulting, counsels new and existing children's programs and nonprofits throughout the united states and abroad.

Education: most of our children come to eagle ranch having a history of poor school performance. Our on-campus school for children in grades six through nine incorporates nationally recongnized best practices to address our children's academic deficits and prepare them for their future. After school tutorial assistance and skill specific remediation is offered to children attending public school who need additional help.
