Eagle Venture Seed Fund

The Fund is organized exclusively for educational and charitable purposes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its primary purpose is to enhance educational opportunities by engaging in investment management activities. This includes providing students with practical experience in financial and entrepreneurial management, as well as supporting innovative ventures that align with the mission of American University. The Fund's activities are designed to foster learning and development in a real-world context, contributing significantly to the academic and professional growth of the students involved. The Fund shall not engage in any activities or purposes that are inconsistent with its tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3).
