The ENLCs mission is dedicated to the dynamics of vision educational initiatives career development and community civility of at-risk youth. Main activities to date include: Employability Initiative School of Academic Distinction and the Group Daycare.

EMPLOYABILITY INITIATIVE: Train at-risk youth over the age of 18 in a career. Students receive a stipend during the training period. Afterwards they transition to a full-time guaranteed job with a partnering organization.
