Early childhood partner's vision: high quality early childhood experiences for all children and families. Mission: to educate, cultivate and integrate all who care for young children by supporting families and early learning environments in our community so that every child can thrive. Goals: to coordinate goals, activities and resources for early childhood educators including parents of young children and to provide information to parents and teachers about childcare and child devleopment. To improve the quality of early childhood services available to families in our community. To increase public awareness about the importance of high quality early childhood care and child development. Values: family and child-centered culturally diverse and sensitive inclusion of all children and families preventative and proactive.

Family support services: the organization coordinates individualized support and resources for families living in eagle county. Ecp provides parenting programs to strengthen parent-child interactions and to promote social, emotional and language development in children. Ecp provides resources to participate in family leadership opportunities, provides nutrition and health/mental health services and equips families with knowledge and skills through play groups and neighborhood events. All of ecp's programs are offered free of charge to participants in both english and spanish throughout the year.
