Mission
EarthViews Conservation Society is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit environmental organization dedicated to the conservation and restoration of waterways. We use advanced mapping and data technology to document threatened aquatic ecosystems, advocate for their protection, and predict environmental risks. Our work supports scientists, policymakers, and communities through free and publicly available 360 imagery, water quality data, and geospatial mapping tools. We also engage the public through citizen science, education, and community outreach.

EarthViews managed program operations and digital infrastructure for its conservation platform, including RiverView and ShoreView map hosting, waterway data archiving, partner and agency engagement, and public access support. These operational efforts support the long-term accessibility and use of the organization's environmental mapping resources.
EarthViews launched community engagement and citizen science activities in 2024, including outreach planning for EcoTrackrs a kayak-based initiative using temperature loggers and GPS tracking. Staff coordinated app development, volunteer recruitment, and early training efforts to prepare for public data collection in 2025.
