Mission
To improve radiological services and related medical care in east africa, with the ultimate vision of enabling local tanzanians to provide self-sustaining high quality radiology services to everyone in tanzania. Principal elements of this mission are: (1) supporting the radiology department and related departments at the kilimanjaro christian medical center in moshi, tanzania, (2) providing radiology equipment for the radiology department and outlying tanzanian medical facilities, and (3) supporting the school of radiology located at kcmc.

Eamaf provides monetary support in the form of salary supplements for three staff radiologists. All four provide patient services, while one also acts as radiology department chair and another as chair of the school of radiology.
Eamaf is continuing its efforts to collaborate with educational and private medical organizations to sponsor volunteers at kcmc, but no funding programs have yet been finalized.
