Mission is to increase the number of students finishing high school and enrolling in post secondary education through a combination of academic skills building, and administration of a scholarship program.

Summer Pre Collegiate Academy:Intensive summer academic program for high school students with year round support activities such as filed trips, access to computers and parent/student activities. Concurrent with the above, a teacher institute is in place to provide academic and professional training for prospective teachers. Served 134 students.East Bay Consortium received donations of staff services, facilities and supplies related to this program.
