The east bay career academy is an alternative, tuition based high school that helps students gain direction to become gainfully employed and trained. East bay careeer academy stopped operations during the fiscal year ended june 30, 2024.

Special services revenues are from tuition based programs for certain post high school students with individual education program (iep), as well as a tuition based teacher assistant training program.

Other programs consists of: contracts with various government agencies related to education(1,629,713 expenses, 1,629,713 revenue); ri library information network "rilink" , which is a cooperative effort by ri school librarians to share their resources among school library media center through an interactive web-based network (531,219 expenses, 531,219 revenue).
