East Central Iowa Workforce Development Board

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) adult program, delivered in partnership with Kirkwood Community College and the East Central Iowa Workforce Development Board (ECIWDB), supports individuals aged 18 and above who face barriers to employment.
