Mission

The East Main Street Special Improvement District of Columbus, Inc. (the SID) is a nonprofit corporation organized on June 1, 2017 in the State of Ohio, under the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code) and Chapter 1710 of The Ohio Revised Code, for the purpose of encouraging and participating in programs that will maintain, improve, and build the East Main Street corridor of Columbus, Ohio as a viable business, cultural, and residential community. The SID aims to assist the City of Columbus, Franklin County, and other agencies and groups in providing programming which will preserve and enhance the economic well-being and opportunities in the East Main Street corridor of Columbus.
