The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including improving the East Peoria community and the quality of life of its residents. This includes the establishment of parks, a plaza, a sculpture walk, and other capital improvements of public spaces used by the East Peoria community, as well as sponsoring cultural events in the East Peoria community.
