Eastern Crossing Seminar Inc

The mission is to further educate the professional railroad community railroad employees federal and state employees contractors and vendors n regulatory changes research and development and other pertinent topics germane to highway-rail at-grade crossing safety. Conferences or seminars are held about every 15-18 months preferably as a national conference.
