Eastern District Of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference

The purpose for which the corporation is organized are to promote the interests of the members of the corporation and the citizens of the commonwealth of pennsylvania in the ten counties comprising the venue of the united states district court for the eastern district of pennsylvania including specifically the education of members and the furnishing of legal services in the field of bankruptcy to citizens residing in the eastern district who are unable to afford such services. The corporation shall also be able to make grants to entities having non-profit corporation status (as defined in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended).
