Refined Coaching Provides personalized business coaching for refugee and immigrant businesses that are woman led.

Textile Weaving A class for textile weaving in partnership with merchandising, and Fashion Design department at the University of Nebraska Lincoln and with the Hand Weavers Guild of Lincoln.

All Others Include other program offers by ECHO Collective, including; Quilt Project to unite refugee and immigrant seamstresses with local quilt makers. Bead Weaving Project, a partnership with the Textiles, Manufacturing, and Fashion Design department at the University of Nebraska Lincoln (UNL) to launch a bead weaving class.

Capital Readiness Provides a 16-week course designed to give Refinery graduates the tools they need to succeed financially, with 40 hours of class time and personalized coaching opportunities, participants dive into 20 essential topics, from budgeting and understanding credit scores to leaning effective accounting methods.
